Return Policy
PokeFlash – Pokémon Genning Services generally do not offer returns for traded Pokémon, as time is dedicated for each service and we place a high value on the time we spend. We will not accept returns when the buyer forgets to provide details about his purchase or changes his mind after it has been delivered.
It is the buyer’s full responsibility to carefully read the description of the products intended to be bought before placing the order and also to check the format that he mainly sends (showdown or manual) because if the cheapest one is chosen, it must be sent in this one, and if you don’t know how to, there is a brief tutorial teaching in the product description. The customer should also pay attention to the Packs as they cannot be customized, that’s why they are cheaper, they are pre customized battle ready pokémon.
After an order is placed by the customer he/she must be aware that he/she needs to check his/her email (and also make sure to look at the spam box) to be able to arrange the exchange when his/her order is ready. It is also possible and even advised that the customer contacts us through our WhatsApp, Instagram or Facebook Page page because that way we can have a conversation in real time and consequently greater agility in the delivery process. If the buyer placed an order in error, he/she must notify us immediately after the order is placed before it is “genned” so that we can change anything if is necessary. Orders made for more than an hour are considered “genned” where the time and dedication to be placed has already been used. Therefore, always make sure to check your order in advance before finalizing your purchase.
All Pokémon received by the buyer through the trade must be immediately checked for accuracy or non-compliance with the specifications provided by the buyer. It is rare to happen, but if the Pokémon does not match with the specifications asked (for example, the customer ordered it Ultra Shiny and the Pokemon was sent only as Shiny, or inside a different Ball than the one requested, different gender, etc.) for the purchased, it must be informed to us immediately so that we can replace the inaccurate Pokémon with the correct one as soon as possible.
Notifications made after 24 hours after receiving the wrong Pokémon will not be honored or replaced, it is the customer’s fully responsability to verify their order upon delivering and not to wait a whole day to notice any divergence(if it occurs).
As we would like to be kind enough to replace Pokémon with errors for free from the buyer, replacing them would take no more than 10 minutes to recover the saved files and fix whatever is necessary. However, we will do this kindness only once, in your first request, because as previously said, all services take time to do, because if all customers who buy from us regret the specifications in the order and want to change for free, we will not have time to work. Successful substitutions will not be respected. The buyer should always send back the Pokémon that is wrong or does not want to be negotiated with the new one requested. The customer is not allowed to keep both after requesting the exchange of a Pokémon already delivered, as only one has been paid, and therefore if it was requested to exchange what has already been delivered there is no reason to stay with it after requesting a new one.
We at PokeFlash believe that time is accurate and worth money, and we also have a life outside the game, another job or certain obligations that require time on a daily basis. The minimum amount we charge in comparison to other stores is just the time we use in the order generation, verification and delivering processes. We would be grateful if buyers respect our time and check all the details of your order are correct before completing the purchase, so that after the delivery, there will be no regrets on the part of the buyer regarding the specifications mentioned in the order. Be sure to mention all the details relevant to the order and remember that if you do not request certain characteristics of the Pokémon, it will be sent with the default values established by us.
