Our service is based on the transfer of one or more Pokémon (digital content within an original Pokémon game) requested by the customer after purchase. The delivery of all our products listed on the website is digital and transferred only within the original Pokémon games through Link Trade (functional option within the game) or transfer made by other official applications linked to the franchise, it is not something that needs to be downloaded from our website or needs any automatic release. All the service is done manually from the moment of the customer’s request until the delivery of the chosen product. Deliveries are made after order confirmation at one of the payment gateways used on our website. We are against any kind of piracy! We use Consoles and Original games for the service offered by us. We clarify that the Pokémon sold by us are “monsters” obtained within the game and not the game itself.

We works by selling fully customized Pokemon, you can choose Shiny, Ultra Shiny or Normal, Nature, Ability, Ivs, Evs, Moves, etc. All Pokemon are checked in the final phase so that they are totally Legal within the game. We don’t work with anything outside the game’s standard, like inserting Pokemon moves that they can’t learn, or leaving Pokemon that can’t be Shiny for example. Therefore, there is no risk of banning using our services.

All Pokémon sold, whether they are packaged or custom packaged, has their legality thoroughly checked. And if the Pokémon can be exchanged in-game via Link Trade is proof of the Pokémon’s legality. Therefore all Pokémon that the buyer successfully receives from PokeFlash online trade via Link Trade are within the legal system of the game and will not be subject to online prohibition by either party (Buyer and Genner).

We assume no responsibility about problems that may occur with your console, game, or Nintendo account. But we guarantee the effectiveness of our service with respect to the legitimacy of the Pokémon sold by us and that any problems that may happen to your console, game or account are not related to the use of our service. We have hundreds of customers around the world and have never had negative feedback regarding our service or the Pokémon we sell, as mentioned above, all of which are verified before being delivered as completely legal within the game.

We at PokeFlash don’t promote piracy! We encourage all players to continue supporting GameFreak, Nintendo and The Pokémon Company by purchasing their authentic games and other related products. We also do not promote modifying or unblocking Nintendo consoles in custom firmware as this may damage the device in addition to permanently banning the player account from online activities.
